This notice explains how Spitfire Homes uses the personal data of employees, former employees and their dependants in connection with workplace pensions and other retirement benefits.

This notice is issued by Spitfire Bespoke Homes Limited, trading as Spitfire Homes (“Spitfire”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales under company number 04395875, with its registered office at The Gate, International Drive, Solihull, B90 4WA. Spitfire is the data controller for the information it holds about your pension. Your pension provider is a separate controller for the data it holds and will give you its own privacy notice.
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Please send any questions about this notice to the Data Protection Lead, Spitfire Homes, at the address above.
What we collect

- Payment details: bank account and tax information.
- Health information: only where needed, for example for ill-health retirement or death benefits.
How we use it and why
- To enrol you in a workplace pension and pay contributions, as required by pensions auto-enrolment law and under your employment contract.
- To help administer your benefits, including dealing with your provider and responding to your questions, based on our legitimate interest in running pension arrangements properly.
- To deal with benefits on retirement, ill health or death. We use health information only with your explicit consent or where the law otherwise allows it.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, but this will not affect anything we have already done. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
